I like to note that I can't be in the room next week at Thursday 19th and Friday 20th January. I must go on trip and I will send watch list for Thursday for sure (hope market will give us that opportunity), but I'm not sure that will be for Friday. From time to time I have that situation and because of that I dont want use any winter vacation. I really hope that won't be big problem and I hope you all will understand that

Dear traders,
I like to write few words about market and expectations. I believe that you all seen that we don’t have much help from market action. Big indecision is out here and at this moment we don’t know and charts don’t suggest where all this could go. I found several interesting charts but because of market indecision IO didn’t post trading plan on them I will wait at least first 15 min and during that period I will follow those ideas and I will scan for some other ideas. Main focus will be to see what is stronger and what is weaker then market in hope that we could get some own way direction chart. With other words idea is to find and take chart stronger and weaker then market action and we will see what intraday direction will be. To compare individual names with market charts I need at least 15 min. I will write above every chart with few words what idea is, but I won’t take them if they will go right after open. For me it is higher risk. I won’t say that can’t go; it can be very fast and profitable but risk for false action is too high for me. I got few emails during trading hours about some ideas and to give my opinion. Thanks for that and I like to support everyone that if have some trading idea or anything else feel free to contact me and I will be glad if I can help with my answer.

AVP - long
Technical view: On the monthly chart we can see that AVP reached low from 2008. Also we can see CCI divergence (easier to see on the weekly time frame) with double bottom odds. All that suggest that AVP saw very strong support and with CCI divergence support I will look for bounce and daily uptrend action. I don’t expect nothing to long, but I think that AVP could see weekly 20sma or $20 area and I will look for that run. I like to note that AVP could be very slow, but I hope that react on whippy market action that much. – Same interest from Monday
RHT - short
Technical view: One setup is under $42 and that is swing setup for daily bear flag with stop above 20sma or 200sma on daily time frame. I will also watch for intraday setup and that will depends on open action. RHT have longer swing potential and it will be on my screen for some time.

HRS - long
Technical view: On the daily chart we can see third try triangle pattern. I like that pattern, but lately we saw many false breakouts on third try and then strong reversal. Because of that I will use intraday consolidation (15 min time frame) what will be reasonable risk for reward possibility. Since I will use intraday action for trading plan, conclusion is that HRD can be good for day and swing traders. With intraday trading plan I will look for swing reward.

CSCO - long
Technical view: Odds for daily/weekly triangle break up and buying continuation. I will look CSCO only as swing trade. Best will be if CSCO will give us consolidation day what will decrease risk and if you will watch 15 min or 60 min chart you can see that CSCO didn’t give us much rest and because of that more consolidation will be best. – That was CSCO yesterday technical view. We got that consolidation and I still like possibility. I think that risk is lower than yesterday and I will use same trading plan.

EBAY - short
Technical view: My interest will be daily bull trap continuation and I think that $30 is very important support area for EBAY. In that case I want it to stay under 200sma 60 min and because of that stop will be that area. First support will be $29 area and if that won’t hold we could see move down to $25 area what will depends on pace and volume and too early to predict that.
PANL - short
Technical view: On the daily time frame we can see that PANL is downtrend stock. Reached 20sma resistance at Tuesday and despite of strong market pull back was very strong on higher volume. Yesterday action gone with nice rest and I will look now for selling continuation. We can see that on the intraday charts. For stop I will use (for start) 60 min 10sma resistance area, what mean that PANL need to go after setup with good pace and volume or risk for bounce will increase and in that case I don’t want to have big stop.

Technical view: My interest will be daily bear flag and pull back from 10sma resistance area. Also we can see possible 60 min head and shoulder pattern and because of that stop will be above right shoulder with setup under Tuesday low. Early entry based on 5 min triangle is under $58.25 with stop above 200sma but for that we need to see open action first.

Dear traders,
I wish you all good start and very profitable 2012 year. I truly hope that we all will be smart enough to have good time in business what we are doing.
Here are few words about market. From my watch list you can see that I have ideas for both sides. Conclusion is that market is in very indecision moment. Indices daily/weekly/monthly charts suggest that everything is open. I know that I don’t sound very smart with that, but bounce from monthly 20sma won’t be surprise from technical side; on the other side break down (because pace is not good) won’t be surprise too. When we talk about bigger time frame charts we must include some other world stuffs. Lots of time will depends from Europe and euro problems and then we can turn in to third scenario and that is range continuation. Unfortunately I don’t expect that one news can move this indecision range action (hope I’m wrong) and I think that we will see more bleeding if we look from technical side. Try to look only weekly or daily time frame charts and you will see that. Let’s only exclude SPY weekly chart. Question is can SPY break over 50sma on third try or we will see false move and then strong move down. Remember when all will be done then is very easy to be smart and write why that happens. That is not my job; my job is to recognize risk. Because of that at this moment I will look for all possibilities, up/down, swing or intraday setups but all those trades will be with less risk than usual. When we will got direction then I will add my risk. I know that in the room I always repeat: patience, patience, patience. But look at daily/weekly/monthly indices charts and you will see that is clear and if maybe it isn’t I will be very happy to give you addition al explanations. I’m always afraid that because of language barrier my explanations are not clear so please use that offer.

AVY - long
Technical view: Daily consolidation result with weekly continuation pattern and that is why I like it. First resistance is $30 area and that is 1st target, but if will be broken then we could easily see bounce to daily 200sma area and $32 resistance area. It is not uptrend stock but it we take a look at monthly chart we can see what bounce to monthly 10sma is very open what could result with daily move and swing trade. Setup is above last week high with stop under last week low. Also, on the weekly chart we can see that last week bar is narrowest bar in a longer time, what suggest that we could see some stronger action with good reward.
CMI - short
Technical view: CMI is something very similar to DKS. There is little bigger risk because 20sma resistance area is still not here and odds for small move down and bounce to resistance is open, but despite of that I like swing possibility because of consolidation after selling wave. First support is $85 area and monthly chart suggest that if we will be on right side and with market help we can easily see $80 what is final target area, but it will be better to talk about that when we will see few day’s action.
