Dear traders,
I know that this could sound very frustrated but after yesterday after FED selling pressure we need again to be patient. Sound like we need to be patient before and patient after. If we will look at 60 min time frame charts, or at daily chart we can see many big red bars and that mean initial move gone. I know that now look very simply, but from risk aspect it was smart to not be active right after FED rate announcement and that was smart to leave that initial move. Since we can see only move and there is still no rest (pattern) on the daily/60 min time frame we must be patient to wait that. Because of that I told that we must be patient again. It is all part of trading, but since my main occupation is to find low risk setup it is normal. If we look at ideas what I posted under someone will think that I’m bullish, but that is not true. Those are just ideas what hold strong and I like them for long side and I will use them (if they will still look good) when market will show some strength. Reason why I posted them is that you all can see that I’m always prepared (or I try to be) for future possible market reaction. Also under that you all can see one good example what we had yesterday.
I can’t be with market action first part of the day and despite of that my advice is to wait and see what will be open and morning reaction after yesterday strong sell off.

Dear traders,
I didn’t find much on daily charts for Thursday. It is hard to have strong bias when indices are in the daily/weekly whippy consolidation pattern with obviously divergence between strong QQQ and weaker DIA. I have some ideas on my list like : SANM, ULTA, WOR, VRA, WYNNTQNT for long setup and : GLW, WPI, ARE for short setup but I won’t give my hand in fire for them before I will see market open. Because of that if will be any interest there and if risk will be acceptable I will post setups on usual way. Only chart with trading plan is ILMN. It is same daily idea as yesterday and this time I post 60 min time frame. For interest ITMN must pull back from 20sma and if that will be case we want see good selling pace and volume what will confirm our expectations.
At this moment market is in high risk area for new setups, especially for swing setups and because of that I like to note that PATIENCE will be our good friend today and very possible tomorrow.

Dear trader,
When you will see my watch list you can think that my bias for Monday is very bullish. I won’t look on that way and because of that I decide to try explaining my bias for Monday. On SPY weekly time frame we can see that bear flag pattern. It is great for continuation pattern, but consolidation was to small (flag is to small) and because of that break down could be very tricky. Everything can happen, but from technical view if we will see new low very possible it will be slightly new low. At this moment I won’t expect to see equal move new low. For that we need to see longer weekly flag consolidation and pull back from 10sma or 20sma. Since 60 min time frame charts are extended at this moment I’m not interested for new short setup at Monday in the morning. If that will happen and if we will see selling continuation without 15/60 min rest then I will just wait and I won’t be active at all. In case that bounce will come I will be prepared with long ideas what I post in watch list. Short explanation will be: I’m interested for possible bounce or nothing at this moment. My main occupation is low risk setup and I don’t see short low risk setup at this moment. I hope that have sense.
