Stock pick for 04/27/2012

Reason why I have AAPL on short list is because it is obviously weaker then market- Also AAPL started with consolidation above support
area (daily 20sma) what will increase odds for break down. We can see clearer that on the 60 min time frame. It will be important to see
open action, and it will weakens stay compared with market then I will look for short possibility,

Stock pick for 04/26/2012

AMZN have room for bounce at least to 200sma daily resistance area. For that I will follow yesterday consolidation what we can see on the 60 min time frame. AMZN need to stay uabove 200sma and 20sma support. If will see setup right after the open then it will be high risk setup. It will be best if AMZN will wait at least 5 min

I like break above 200sma 60 min with stop under 20sma 60 min. It can turn in to swing trade. On the 60 min we can see rounding bottom pattern and I will use it for trading plan. Previous high will be resistance and depends on action and pace I will look for $140 as target area or more.

I like ALR for possible swing short trade. Monthly and weekly time frame supports that possibility. On the chart we can see possible double top and that is where I will start with interest. If ALR will break under Tuesday low then I will take it as swing in hope that will back to previous support and after that to $20 target area. All will depends on pace and volume and that is something what we will see after setup.

On focus is possibility for 60 min triangle break down on 3^rd try. If will be 3^rd try breakdown I will use smaller stop
because that is case when chart need to go or odds for strong reversal will increase (do or die situation). Also I like
monthly resistance and weekly CCI divergence what could lead in to 20sma ($26.50 area) weekly correction.
