Let’s start from monthly time frame. We can see small CCI divergence what will support short trade at this moment. On the weekly GRA broke under 10sma and have room to reach 20sma support area. Daily chart we can see under and also if we look at 60 min we can see reversal pattern if GRA will break under 20sma support. I use that 60 min situation for possible daily move and run to weekly 20sma support and it is around $52.50 area and because of that I use is for start. On this way I hope that possible 60 min situation can turn in to swing trade and I won’t look at it if bigger time frame charts won’t support that possibility.

Dear traders,

Last two days our swings short improve and give us really nice gains. Some are closed and some are just protected because I think that we will see more correction in the future. If we look at indices daily time frame charts we can see that DIA and SPY closed with CCI under -200 what is oversold area and right now I don’t think that will be smart to take swing short trade, unless it is “own way” chart or if is with bigger stop. For today, after Tuesday trend day down with big volume) I will expect to see possible morning weakness and after that I will look for intraday long setup. That mean I will look for reversal signals (phoenix) on smaller time frames (5/15 min time frame) for day trade bounce because I think that we will have good odds for that if DIA will reach weekly 20sma support area ($126.50), SPY previous low from 03/06/2012 ($134.36) or QQQ weekly 10sma ($65.50 area). I like to note that focus will be on day trades unless I will find some good looking “own way” long chart.

We can expect to see consolidation day (usually after trend day) with more scalp sharp moves in both directions. Those who are not good with fast trades like me, I will advice to be patient and just wait some good opportunity. For me it could be very possible day without trading, but I can’t know that at this moment. I just try to describe what we can expect from today.

I hope you all had good weekend. As you know I won’t be in the room today and I wish you all bets trading day. I don’t know how to do on better way so I will like to wish you all happy Easter to all who celebrate. For those who don’t celebrate look on this as just best wishes for good trading day.

Here is watch list for Monday 9^th 2012. See you all tomorrow when it will be my regular day.

I need to bring my son in Hospital on research (nothing serious but I must do that) and I will do best to be ready for Tuesday

PLEASE NOTE:

The primary focus of my service is to find Swing Trades. I look for intraday setups that have a potential to become swing trades. Since my membership is diverse I do post additional ideas (day trades, position trades and scalp trades). It is up to you to decide which trades are appropriate for your trading style. TRADING THE OPEN

During normal market conditions our regular setups generally do very well regardless what time they are taken. Trading right at the open always adds risk. It is recommended that new trades not be taken for the first 5 minutes the market is open. I will treat each new trade that sets up during this time as a gap trade and wait till the stock comes back and takes out its 15 minute high or low.

Trading is risky. It is our job as traders to reduce this risk and increase our chances of success.

IMPORTANT: Take only the opportunities that you really like and understand. Always enter a trade with a trading plan. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me. There is a much greater chance of success in your trading if you understand the trade. That is very important. Taking just a few trades is enough to be a successful trader. Overtrading is probably the number one reason new traders fail. I personally mostly take swing trades. Please remember to keep that in mind!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
